Who we are
Feral Tarot is a one-woman show owned and operated by Ally Earp. Ally has lived many lives in her 41 years on Earth; a disabled Marine Corps veteran, wife, mother & stepmother, life coach, psychopomp, student & teacher, and vilomah, just to name a few.
Ally has always had a connection with the energies considered by many as the paranormal and supernatural. She remembers being able to sense energies and the dead as a child and continues to practice mediumship and energy-work. She has been reading tarot for 15 years, professionally for 5 years, and specializes in long-distance and virtual written readings.
Ally’s spiritual practices are constantly evolving and growing but center around dark mother goddess archetypal energies and the animistic ancestral practices similar to what her Scandinavian ancestors would have practiced. She is a practicing witch and lives by the rule “mundane over magic” first and foremost. Growing up with a parent with severe mental illness and having CPTSD herself, mental health advocacy is a core part of her life, and deconstructing from western Abrahamic religion while avoiding the toxic positivity and spiritual bypassing that is rampant in White western spirituality are cornerstones of her personal practice.
True to the wildly accurate and painfully specific archetype of the Oldest Daughter Burnt Out Former Gifted Child Elder Millennial (which describes her completely), Ally has a certification in Medical Coding and Billing as well as an associates in Health Information Technology from DeVry University, and recently completed a bachelors in Human Services with emphasis in Child and Family Services while navigating her child’s terminal Ewing’s Sarcoma diagnosis and unfortunate death. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University and is an honor society member. In the spring Ally is beginning grad school at Prescott College and will be pursuing a masters in Counseling with emphasis in Somatics.
Astrologically, Ally is a Savagiterrorist sun, Leo moon, and Gemini ASC. If you know, you know.
A lifelong nomad, not always by choice, Ally has lived in 9 states (and counting), and currently resides in northern Georgia with her husband and three smushy faced cats. She enjoys collecting tarot decks, crocheting, going to gem & mineral shows, teaching classes and trying to remember what she was just about to say or why she walked in the room.
